We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Senavao items are printed to order.
Damaged or misprinted items
If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us with a photo. We will replace it free of charge and no return shipping is needed.
Change-of-mind returns
Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. The buyer pays return shipping.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
